You’ve made the decision, but the outcome hasn’t arrived yet. You are in the in-between, and it’s testing your self-trust. If that sounds familiar, keep reading.
For me, it is seeing how far I’ve come, and perhaps the years long journey of in-between is that I’ve made it into pretty high goalposts that seem to keep moving. I could easily reframe that I’ve met many goals that have laid the groundwork for the next level. What keeps me going is a mixture of stubbornness, curiosity and necessity.
This speaks so deeply to the part of the journey that’s rarely seen, the in-between, where nothing is certain but everything is shifting. So true, it really tests your self-trust. It took me years to arrive there, moving through exactly what you write. And in my experience, once you choose this path, the in-between doesn’t end, it just becomes something you learn to trust. Like a never ending spiral.. Thank you for sharing and naming it so clearly.
Thank you, Anouk, for your comment and appreciation. I feel like patience is generally missing in todays world and it is of course huge part of this in-between as well. I am happy to share this unclear path with at least few people. 💕
This is very helpful to read, particularly as my in-between has been literally years and still going.
I agree, it seems to be a long run. What helps you to hold on tight and trust yourself and the process, Jennifer?

Thanks for sharing, Jennifer. It is so inspiring. ✨
The in-between is such a hard place to reside Selene. I'm learning to trust my path more and more, even though I can't see where it's leading.
Thank you, Emaline, for stopping by. 🩵
I am happy you are on this way towards self-trust.
What does help you the most to trust the process? I use the past experience where staying in in-between turned out to be good idea, as ancor.
Faith and prayer help me trust the process the most, Selene.
