With a master’s degree in sociology and over a decade of experience working closely with people in Human Resources, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior and connection. For more than five years, I’ve been navigating the transformative journey of motherhood.
Who I Am and What I Offer
As a highly sensitive person (HSP), I approach life through a lens of deep emotional awareness and empathy, allowing me to understand and connect with others on a profound level. My healing journey has been shaped by overcoming significant trauma stemming from difficult and challenging situations in my past, which had deeply impacted my health. I have tested and integrated various physical and mental therapies.
"This journey is not just theoretical—it’s been lived, practiced, and refined through real-life application."
From Study to Practice: Exploring the Best Ways to Share Life-Changing Resources Together
I’ve always been a seeker—constantly searching for ways to improve my life, my health, and my relationship with my child and close ones. For years, I’ve immersed myself in countless books, courses, therapies and podcasts, applying these insights to my everyday life. Today, I’m excited to bring you along on this journey of growth, discovery, and real-life experience.
Parenthood as a Turning Point
Before I became a parent, my passion for understanding life and well-being was already deeply rooted. I spent years exploring various practices to enhance physical health, listening closely to my body’s signals, and developing a balanced approach to life.
When I became a parent, my commitment to conscious living merged with the intention to create a nurturing, respectful environment for my child. The early years were an opportunity for deep learning; I spent countless hours during nap times studying mindful and attachment-based parenting methods, applying them directly in real life. In future posts, I’ll share how I found light during the darker times of early motherhood and how those lessons shaped my approach to life. This process not only enriched my relationship with my child but also deepened my understanding of how conscious living can be integrated into every aspect of life.
A Lifelong Commitment to Learning
True growth is not about reaching an end point but embracing the journey of continual discovery.

I won’t list all the resources I’ve explored here—those will unfold gradually in my work—but here’s a glimpse into what has shaped my journey:
Psychotherapy: The main pillar of my self-work and a powerful tool for personal growth.
Psychosomatics: A perspective I’ve embraced through various courses, helping me understand the mind-body connection.
Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation: Daily practices that have brought me peace and balance over the years.
Bodywork and Healing Practices: My background spans from the physical toll of intense gymnastics training, which left me damaged, to the nurturing therapies like craniosacral therapy and shiatsu that helped me heal and rebuild.
Favorite Authors: I’m inspired by Gabor Maté, Elaine N. Aron, and Laura Markham for their insights into healing, sensitivity, and parenting.
Public Figures I Admire: Nicole LePera, Jay Shetty, and Andrew Huberman always spark deep thoughts and reflections in me.

Continuing the Journey
We’ve covered the heart of More Than Enough, and in my next post, I’ll share something that’s deeply important to me—how I’ve chosen to balance sharing personal insights with maintaining privacy. I’ll explain why I believe there’s value in focusing on the message over the messenger, especially in a world of constant exposure.
This post is the third in a series of five introducing my publication. Check out the first two posts: More Than Enough: A Conscious Path to Growth and How More Than Enough Can Spark Hope in Your Life.
