Oh I love this! I loooove travel and am β€œhigh sensation seeking” while being HSP, but truly doing it as a mother has e x h a u s t e d me. But I have saved and will restack your work for othersβ€”so they can read this and I can go back through and come up with a plan. Thank you!!

I am so happy to hear you consider my post useful, Sara. πŸ’•

It can be sooo exhausting, right?

Btw, I am just packing for another one and I already have a headache so I guess I should re-read my own post πŸ˜€

Yes! I was just by my husband about the idea of going away for a couple nights w the kids and I had this like a grumbly, not-fully-formed response. You knowβ€”more sounds than words… And now in reading this, Im like ok at least let me revisit it…and give an actual answer.

And yes, Im glad it’s coming back up for you to reread your work πŸ˜‚ as an HSP I understand that completely

Wishing you an incredible trip!

Thank you for this insight, it's inspiring for me and my next travel plan. I'm usually the kind of person with fomo and reading you helps me to have more realistic expectations.

Thanks, Pauline, for your comment. We often fear what we might miss, but the thing is that we are already whole and living in this moment, no matter where we are. There are always a million other activities we could do, but I believe how we feel is more important. Let me know if my ideas helped you, and enjoy your travels. πŸ˜‰
