Who this space is for
You may be here because you have been living with recurring symptoms, chronic pain, skin issues, gynecological struggles, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or other body and mind patterns that never fully resolve.
Maybe you have tried to do everything right. You have listened, researched, adjusted, endured, stayed disciplined, and kept going. And still, you remain overwhelmed, anxious, in pain, or simply unseen.
You may be here because the healing spaces you entered were not built for someone who feels as deeply as you do.
If that is true, you are in the right place.
What you will find here
More Than Enough is the wider home for my writing.
Sensitive Enough Movement is the part of it where I focus most deeply on high sensitivity in healing spaces, in movement, and in the relationship with the body.
Here, sensitivity is not treated as a side note, an obstacle, or something to overcome. It is the very place from which healing needs to be understood.
What I write about here:
understanding body and mind patterns
finding healing spaces and methods that truly fit
learning to relate to your body and yourself more sensitively
exploring what helps, what does not, and how healing changes when sensitivity is finally held at the center
My writing grows from years of living inside issues that were real, recurring, and not resolved by simply following instructions. It also grows from years of searching beyond symptom-centered care and learning how high sensitivity changes what support, movement, recovery, and healing may actually need to look like.
Where to begin
If your symptoms, skin, pain, or recurring physical patterns are what brought you here.
If you are tired of spaces that overlook how deeply you feel and what that does to healing.
If you want to understand why Sensitive Enough Movement exists and what it was created to make possible.
If you are new to high sensitivity and want to find out how it shows up in everyday life, start with the Highly Sensitive Mini Series.
How to enter
You do not need to read everything at once.
You can begin where something in you feels recognized.
And if this space speaks to you, you are warmly welcome to step further inside.
Welcome and feel free to feel deeply here.
